Mac 10.3.9 Any recommendations?

I have Mac 10.3.9 OS. What can you guys recommend me?

Upgrade to Ubuntu Linux or at the very least Mac OS X 10.5 aka Leopard.

Alternatively you could compile FileZilla yourself for 10.3.9, however if I remember correctly it used to be very difficult on Mac OS X 10.3

If you can't upgrade your OS you need to compile it yourself from the sourcecode.

Ive never heard of anyone using Linux on a mac.
Ubuntu, huh?
How do I go ahead and do that? If I try it out, can I always go back to my old mac OS?
