What about this error:
Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server
I haven't been able to connect since early yesterday! I think its my web host. They really suck.

It could be on your end (bad firewall/router setup) or it could be on their end. Have you contacted them?
