500 Command not understood

Hi

Can I have some advice please! or rather help!!! :cry:
when I try to up load a file with filezilla, it comes up with a Critical error?? I'm no techno! but I have not had this problem uploading before! This is the message I get?

Error: Critical error
Response: 553-Can't open that file: No such file or directory
Response: 553 Rename/move failure: No such file or directory
Error: Critical error
Status: Disconnected from server

I would appreciate your HELP! :roll:

It might be helpful to post the full log. Just the final error message is of no use.
