If you can check the local server file size and live server file size (either through ftp or cpanel).. then this issue will get solved..

just chk the extensions that you have used in the code.. If you are using chrome/firefox/opera , use the property inspector to trace the issue.. hope this will help you..

set file upload mode to auto instead of ASCII.. So that the filezilla will automatically detect and upload will be smooth.. less problems later on.. :)

did you drag and droped the files in local server folder to a subfolder within that or within the local server ? .. bit confused with that portion dear.. Also if possible do a search with the keywords of the url's that are missing.. If you can find by searching, then drag and drop them back to where...
