Re: Redirected drives on terminal server

If you map it to a drive letter it is being displayed.

Due to the unreliability and _xXtremeXx_ slowness of enumerating network resources, unmapped resources are not displayed by default.

Re: Redirected drives on terminal server

You can access network shares not mounted to a drive letter my entering the UNC path to the share in the local path edit box.

Re: CAN'T LOGON :-( Maybe missing info, or doing something wrong?

You seem to have installed FileZilla Server instead of FileZilla.

Re: How to clear host key cache

The information from the linked thread is still valid. The accepted host keys are saved in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY\SshHostKeys

Try using GnuTLS 3.6.6, the same version the official FileZilla binaries are linked against.

Re: Filezilla ignores Site Manager "Logon Type" Setting

I used to be able to set ssh arguments in filezilla, now I cannot. Because of this limitation, and because my filezilla is installed as a flatpak, I cannot use my ssh settings to stop using all keys available . There must be something else going on as this functionality has not been changed in rece...

FileZilla doesn't stop working on its own. Something must have changed on your system.

Re: 227 Entering Passive Mode - disconnections

Port 990 is for implicit FTP over TLS, which is deprecated as it has never been formally specified. If you haven't needed it so far you likely won't need it in the future.

Re: 227 Entering Passive Mode - disconnections

Try using a much larger port range. Rule of thumb: #ports >= number of files transferred in 4 minutes.

Re: Server connecting error

Wrong username or password for that host. Please double-check your login credentials, watch out for character case and leading/trailing whitespace. Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance if the problem persists.

Re: Filezilla Fails to Retrieve Directory Listing; filezilla not working

Most likely a firewall is interfering with the connection.

You can test on https://ftptest.net/ whether it's a server-side problem (test fails) or a client-side problem (test succeeds).

Re: Please Help

Okay, so the test is working fine, if you look past lack of IPv6 support (seriously, why are some hosting providers stuck in the past millennium?). With the test working, this means it's a client-side issue. I can pass the TLS handshake with this server from my location, this means that that the pro...
