Bad TCP memory limits? Try increasing the net.core.wmem_max, net.ipv4.tcp_mem and net.ipv4.tcp_wmem systctl values.

You can requeue all files and select Resume as file exists action if the dialog shows up. Files that are already fully uploaded become a no-op in this situation.

There is nothing to fix.
FileZilla uses Windows' AssocQueryString function to look up associations. If it does not return the desired association, it hasn't been set up correctly in the system.
You can always override it with custom associations in FileZilla.
