I see no reason why it shouldn't work.

Your third-party client does not use MFMT.

You need to update to a modern server that not only supports MFMT but also properly advertises it in the reply to the FEAT response.

Your hosting provider is using a bad FTP server. They need to upgrade to a more modern and secure FTP server.

What does it say in the server log? Does your client have a log and what does it say?

Bad TCP memory limits? Try increasing the net.core.wmem_max, net.ipv4.tcp_mem and net.ipv4.tcp_wmem systctl values.

What is an RDS?

Unfortunately I don't know about about their products.

As for using FileZilla, a good starting point is our Tutorial.

Please update your Windows version. Windows 7 is outdated, insecure and no longer supported.

You cropped the queue tabs out of the screenshot.

You need to tell the server your public IP address and forward the configured passive mode port range. Please refer to our Network Configuration guide for further information.

You can requeue all files and select Resume as file exists action if the dialog shows up. Files that are already fully uploaded become a no-op in this situation.

To clarify, are you referring to drag & drop from the remote views of FileZilla into the local views of FileZilla?
