If the said folders don't exist, you can alternatively make them. Incomplete downloads may mean that your internet connection is not stable, which sometimes happens to me. About your files being opened by your photo-editing software, you might want to check your file associations in your local compu...

To avoid confusion, I'm assuming loging in as "anonymous" means that only the username is actually anonymous, but not your connection. The FTP server can still log your IP..

Like the first poster, I find Filezilla the best FTP client out there, so thank you for that. Though I really do hope devs find a more elegant solution to this "log-in mishap"
