Re: right click menu in queue-no pause/resume/abort??

p0rky9 wrote:How difficult is it to add a context menu to the queue with "Pause" "Remove" "Resume" "Abort" for individual files???
To add this menu entries are really easy. But I think they should do something, right? ;). So there is much more to code, and I am sure botg has not a short todo list ;).

Re: quick connect "copy to site manager"

With the current version 3.0.9.1 is this possible. Simply connect by Quick Connect and click in the File menu on "Copy current connection to Site Manager".

Local file selection bug (fixed in 3.0.11)

In one case Filezilla since 3.0.8 don't reset the local file selection after changing directory. Reproduce: 1. Make sure to see the local file tree. 2. Connect to a ftp server. 3. Select the first 4 or 5 files on the local side. 4. Change to another directory with the local file tree. 5. Click with ...

Remote filesize unknown while resume download

I found a bug since 3.0.5, it also exists with 3.0.5.2. I start Filezilla 3.0.5.2 and resume the download queue. After a short time the file exists dialog is shown and view an unknown filesize and filedate of the remote file. This bug does not occure with 3.0.4.1 or older, I think. Using Windows XP ...

If you want to host a ftp server, then you need the server. If you want to connect to a server, you need a client.

Remote edit is already possible with 3.0.4. Without downloading the file in a temp folder remote edit is not possible.

Re: Missing features in 3.0

For remote files this works with the current 3.0.4 version. For editing local files you have to wait for 3.0.5.
Simple right click on the file and select edit.

I checked it (I use XNView as default image app since many years), but XNView can only read this icns files. I think botg need a program that can write this files, but I am not sure.

This is my biggest wish for FileZilla 3. Simple use the same programs like for remote editing on the local files.

[feature request] Copy current ftpserver/folder to clipboard

I miss in v3 the feature from v2 to copy the current ftp server address included current folder as url to the clipboard. I used this often, it makes some things much easier without doing this by hand.

[feature request] Copy connected server to Server Manager

I miss one feature from FileZilla v2 in v3. Sometimes I get a FTP url and connect simple to it with the Quick Connect feature. Works good, but sometimes I want to have this FTP server in the server manager. In V2 I used the menu entry to copy the current connected server to the server manager. But I...

The current release candidate shows this information in the titlebar. Look for the 3.0.2 RC1 to see the difference.
