Whenever I try to connect to a server it just says Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

It says:

As I see you using an email address as username, you are probably trying to connect anonymously. Most FTP servers don't allow this and require you to have an FTP account in order to connect.

If you already have an FTP account, then, the login data is not accepted. You need to contact server support.
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!
