CAN'T FIND MY FILES INSIDE OF FILEZILLA

1. download filezilla AND INSTALL TO MY PC
2. set up: sitemanger>ADD NEWFOLDER> AND ADD >NEW SITE> PUT MY DOMAIN,USER,PASSWORD,SELECT NORMAL, CLICK ON CONNECT.
3. OPEN FILEZILLA > CHOOSE MY DIRECTORY/ROOT> GO FIND MY FILES. ( HERE IS THE PROBLEM I NEVER GET SOVLE " I COULDN'T FIND MY FILES IN MY PC BY FILEZILLA BUT I COULD SEE SOME OF THE FILES EX: JPG...ETC" AND THIS ARE THE FILES I COULDN'T FIND " MP4 AND OTHERS VIDEOS FILES, MP3, XML FILES, INDEX, ) NORMALLY IF THE FILE IS ZIP WE HAVE TO EXTRACT IT /UNZIP BUT THIS I DON'T KNOW.

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE HELP ME...I BEING IN THIS PROBLEM TOO LONG TIME AND I AM TOO MUCH PAIN. PLEASE I WILL BE APPRECIATE .

Check that you don't have any filename filters (menu View) enabled.

And please stop writing in all caps, that's considered shouting.

Thank you so much for answer.

So, how to do filename ( menu view ) enable for filezilla? And i still confuse because the same files i sent it to my host they said the file is not the problem. it ok in their ftp.

Click on the View menu in FileZilla to open it and select the ''Filename filters...'' menu option. A new window will open (see below). Make sure there are no checkmarks in any box, if there are any selected, unselect by clicking the boxes. Press OK.
