There is NO Transfers tab - Timeout in seconds
Can you kindly check the latest Filezilla and tell me where it is ?

The Transfers tab is in the Settings, of course. What your screenshot shows is a menu, no tab.

Hi,

I am using Filezilla 3.3.4.1 and I cannot seem to find the Timeout setting for downloads. Really I would like to disable it, or at least increase it (trying to download v.v. large file).

I looked under Edit->Settings->Transfers but the window does not contain any Timeout in Seconds field.

Please help!

Cheers,
Tom

It's now in Edit > Settings - Connection. However, this timeout has nothing to do with transfers. FileZilla will NEVER abort a transfer that is running, the timeout is about connection establishment and waiting for data.

If your transfers are interrupted in mid-progress, you have a malicious router or firewall somewhere breaking the connection it deems idle.
