How to synchronize local files with those on the server

Hi there,

I am new to filezilla as well as ftp clients. I used them to upload and download my pages but that's about it. Not a long time ago whenever i was updating my pages i was using front page extensions.

I am trying to find out if there is an option in filezilla where i can synchronize my pages on the server with local files without updating all pages? I want filezilla to be able to upload those pages which were modified? How do i do that?

Automatic sync'ing is not implemented in Filezilla. Just directory comparison and synchronized browsing to make your job easier.

Any suggestions on what FTP client i should use for Automatic Syncing? Do you know if CuteFTP is a right solution?

Thanks, i was able to confirm CuteFTP Pro will do the work.

Personally I'd use FTP Voyager instead of CuteFTP Pro. FTP Voyager is $20 less expensive and works very well. I used it exclusively for many years before finding FileZilla.

I still use it for automatic synchronization when necessary.
