You need to be a little bit more specific, EmanEl. What have you done so far? Do you already have a server where you can host your web page? Tell us everything you can.

I have alsow that problem, i don't know how to start. I have a server (scarlet) but I have to create pages, how do i do that?

filezilla is a great program to upload the files to your server but that's it !

you need to create a webpage
there are several ways of doing it

if you know nothing of html and don't want to spend the time then you can get a WYSIWYG editor, where you click and add things to make a webpage ( easiest) you can do a google and find several
you can even use ms WORD ( save as html) to do it

if you want to learn what goes into a good webpage then you will need a good html editor
the last free one i can think of is
1st page html editor
it is free and works, and look around and they have a support forum
