copy = how to ??

How do I: :?:

1.copy file from one folder to another folder in same server
(without dragging to local server, then uploading to new folder) :roll:

1a .copy folder from one folder to another folder in same server
(without dragging to local server, then uploading to new folder)

2.copy file from one folder to another folder in different server
(without dragging to local server, then uploading to new folder)

2a .copy folder from one folder to another folder in different server
(without dragging to local server, then uploading to new folder)

The FTP protocol does not support remote file copy.
