php open command using wrong file association

Using Vista, I have set my file association for .php files to open with Firefox but when I right-click on a .php file in FZ browser, they open in Printmaster. Is there an "open with" dialogue available for FZ or any way to get the file to open in Firefox? (This is not the edit with dialogue, which opens in the associated program that I set in FZ.) Is there a way to association the "open" command in FZ?
