Webpage wont refresh.

Can I get some advice pls? My website wont show the updates I have made through FileZilla. I am logging in fine, note pad is working ok. I ask it to save and it says yes, file transfers are successful, but when I refresh the page, it still shows the old page. I am stumped. Please help.
