speed limit rules not working anymore?
I am finding that the speed limit rules do not seem to work. I have used them in the past with Windows 2000 (not sure what version Filezilla I was using then), but after moving to a new computer (Windows XP) with version 2.2.16, downloads run at full speed all the time when I have selected the rules that should slow it down during business houes. The fixed-speed limit does work correctly. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this. The rule I have put in is from 06:00 to 18:00 Monday-Friday.
