error 450 - unable to find file

I am new to Filezilla but I am having a problem uploading files onto a server. The files will upload into the base folder but will not upload into a sub-folder. Is there a path limit or perhaps a limit on the number of sub-folders in a folder structure

This is mistake of FileZilla or what? :shock:
