There is a setting in the preferences that sets how FileZilla acts when it comes to overwriting a file.
If you were to transfer 100 files and you know you wanted to overwrite them all you either have to click the OK button 100 times (when it asks you how to overwrite them) or click the checkbox that forever sets your preference to Overwrite instead of Ask.
It would be nice if there were a way to say overwrite for this transfer only, so all 100 files would transfer after you choose Overwrite on the first one, but the next file you try and transfer would pop up and ask you again how you wanted to overwrite.
