I think it would be nice if you open a new Forum for FZ Server so that the posts don't get mixed up.
And a question about STunnel.org. The is a statement that stunnel won't work with FTP servers because it uses multiple ports. Will it work if I specify Custom port range in FZ Server and put all those ports in stunnel configuration?
One connecred user uses just one port right?

Each ftp session can use up to two ports simultaneously.
The first one is the port for the control connection, the server usually listens on port 21 for it. The other connection is established on directory listing or file transfers.
There are two possible ways how the additional connections can be established: Active and passive mode. In active mode, the client sends the server an IP/Port and the server connects to that address. In passive mode it's exactly the opposite: The client asks the server for an address and connects to the IP/port given by a successful server reply.
It's not easy to tunnel ftp connections. While not impossible, in most solutions the tunnel examines and modifies the control connections and changes the ip/port data appropriately.
