FileZilla and Wamp connection problem.

Hi,
I use FZ a lot on my remote server without issues.
I recently installed Wamp on my Win7 64bit machine and want to use FZ to upload stuff to test sites on my computer.

I have tried all the combinations of user settings to achieve a connection but I cannot get in.
The firewall has already been cleared having read a thread here earlier but it does not want to work. I also checked that the service was running.

For example, I get this error

Status:     Connecting to 127.0.0.1:21...
Status:	Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error:	Could not connect to server

when using this login
Host: 127.0.0.1
Port: any one of 21, 80 or a 5 digit number I found on Google (can't remember the number)
Plain FTP and ask for password.

Is there something I am missing here? Perhaps an Apache module or something. I am at a loss.
