uploaded pictures not visible

Hey all,

I'm new on the forum but I am using FileZilla for a while now and I'm very happy with it.

However, last days I've experienced a problem. The situation is: I'm working on a site in php code which uploads files to the server. When I check the server with FileZilla I don't see any of the uploaded files in this folder where I uploaded the files to, but when I put the exact same adres, where the files where uploaded to, in IE then he does show the file, so the upload was succesfull

Is it possible that those files are hidden due of security reasen or any other reasen? if yes, how can I make sure that I will see those pictures that I have uploaded on the server via Filezilla?

I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here and hopefully you can help me out, I would appriciate it very much

I had this problem too, and I hope this issue is the same as mine since it's an easy fix.

Edit -> Settings.
Connection -> Directory cache.
Check "Don't use cache."

This will make it update with the FTP rather than simply assuming that the site hasn't changed.
