Filezilla and FTP server

Hi, I'm new to using FTP on Windows. I've always just used it on *nix and let The Administrator worry about this: Do I have to set up an FTP server first or is FileZilla all that I need?

you can download and run FileZilla Client for down/upload files and FileZilla server to act as file repository! the choice is up to you.
