Filezilla & ZFPT - Question

Firstly, hello. I'm new here as you can see

I hope some of you guys can help me. I set up a ZFTP hosting account today & have tried to use Filezilla & Core to transfer over files from C: to the server & then use them on a web template.
My real issue is that I can't even copy files across to the sevver. I can't create any new directorys. It just won't let me. Am I doing something wrong?

Please help before I smash my computer

I've been at it for hours

If you can help I'd be very greatful!

You don't have permission to create directories on that server.

Ok, thanks. Do you know what I have to do? I paid a year upfront for ZFTP. They suggest in their e-mail to confirm that I download Modzilla to transfer the files over?
I can go in as the admin at the domain & put it on from there. I can't see it in my web template when I do that either? Any suggestions??
