Non-Profit Web Programming Assistance Please???

I recently started a non-profit organization for classical music education. I have designed my website but am having troubles publishing it online.
I've tried FileZilla but don't know enough about the topic to successfully publish the site.
Would any one be open and able to assist me and publish my site online?

I have read it and still can't get my website to upload and be "viewable."

Wrong directory or wrong index document perhaps? Contact your hosting provider to inquire this information.
