When entering "*" in the general settings "exclude" IP filter field and pressing OK, the filter doesn't get saved and the field is empty the next time I look at the filter settings. Entering "*.*.*.*" works, though.
Even worse, IP filtering does not really seem to work (or maybe I just don't get how it's supposed to work): I have a user which is a member of a group. Neither in the general settings nor in the group any IP excludes / includes are defined. For the user, I exclude "*.*.*.*" and include a single IP. Now any IP (not only the included one) can connect to the user's account!

thanks for your quick fix, but there still seems to be something wrong: if i exclude "*" in a group (and include nothing) and include a single ip for a user of this group (no user ip excludes), i cannot connect from that ip. but if i also exclude "*" at the user level, i can connect from that ip.
