When you use FileZilla to upload a file to Godaddy's "Online File Folder", you may find that the File Name is changed to include a version number: example, "File Name.XXX" becomes "File Name.1.XXX".
This can be changed on your "Online File Folder" page to tell Godaddy not to do it. At the top of the "online File Folder" page point to "Settings" and click on "File Settings", then click on "Replace existing files". This apparently sets something in their interface for your uploads, so you can use FileZilla without finding the file names changed.
