Small suggestion

First and foremost, FileZilla roxx!

I have only one minor suggestion -- When I (inadvertantly) tried to upload a file which is already open on my workstation (in Excel, which, unlike notepad, actually holds the file open even when it's not saving it), FileZilla gets confused. FileZilla makes multiple failed attempts to upload the file, and after the first attempt it seems to vaguely think that the file is already on the remote machine so on subsequent attempts it asks if I want to overwrite. It took me a while to figure out why this was happening.

My suggestion, then, is for FileZilla to check if the file is already open and if so, report that condition gracefully and clearly to the user rather than try to upload it and get confused (and confuse the user).
