Synchronized Browsing Anomaly

I've been using this for many, many months. A week or two ago, I started getting an odd result when I would log on with FileZilla, wherein the first of the three folders for a web site would start off at the bottom of the folder, instead of at the top. This does not happen with every log on, but seems to occur more often than logging on at the top. I can, of course, scroll up when this happens, but ought not have to so do.

This does not happen when I move to folder two or three, which always start at the top.

Any idea(s) as to what causes the anomalous behavior, how to fix it, what incantations ought be chanted before, during, or after logging on, so that folder one always starts at the top?
