Hello,

I just update to the new 3.10.0.1 version and I'm experience a similar issue. I have several client's account set in my FileZila. After I updated it to this new version, many of my accounts can't connect to the server. I thought it was one account but then I try to log in in different accounts (I use 3 different hosting companies) and all of them experience issues).

Would you mind take a look to this new version? Perhaps other users are experiencing the same.

Thanks!

I did that, as I said before, I updated FZ today (Tuesday January 13th, at 4.00 pm EST).

After I read this post, I went to "Check for Updates" and I got this message "You are using the latest version of FileZila".

I don't think that's the problem.

Any help will be truly appreciate!

Thanks!

Great Asty! I did that and now is working like a charm!

I feel a lil down because the only help we were getting was "get the latest version", which in this case is what appears to be the problem in the first place.

Anyhow... thanks again Asty!

What ?! The last version is 3.10.0.1 not 3.9.0.6

I know that. I had installed the new version but I had similar issues than yours.
I downgrade my FZ from 3.10 to 3.9 and now is working fine.

I just downloaded and installed the latest version of FileZilla today (Jan 13, 2015), and suddenly am unable to connect to 2 out of the 3 servers I have settings saved for. Before the update to FileZilla, I never had any trouble accessing any of these servers. Now I am having similar problems to the ones described by others in this thread. The version I am having problems with that I installed today is 3.10.0.1. I'm not sure what version of FileZilla I had before the upgrade that worked. I'm on Windows. The output I get is below:

Code: Select all

Status:	Connecting to xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:xx...
Status:	Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status:	Initializing TLS...
Status:	Verifying certificate...
Status:	TLS connection established.
Status:	Server does not support non-ASCII characters.
Status:	Connected
Status:	Retrieving directory listing...
Command:	PWD
Response:	257 "/" is your current location
Command:	TYPE I
Response:	200 TYPE is now 8-bit binary
Command:	PASV
Response:	227 Entering Passive Mode (xxx, xxx,xx,xxx, xxx, xxx)
Command:	MLSD
Error:	Connection timed out
Error:	Failed to retrieve directory listing
Additionally, on all 3 of the servers I frequently connect to I am being told when I start the connection attempt that "the server's certificate is unknown." This never happened before upgrading to the latest version of FileZilla either.

I hope this is helpful in figuring out what the issue is. I am going to try installing a previous version of FileZilla to see if it fixes the problem for me too.
