Unable to connect to my web host

I can log directly into my web host with the same username and password I tried to use in Filezilla but continually get the following:

Status: Resolving address of phpwebhosting.com
Status: Connecting to 70.84.132.53:21...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

Would someone please help me?

There's no FTP server at that address.

Try ftp.phpwebhosting.com as Hostname.
No support requests over PM! You will NOT get any reply!!!
FTP connection problems? Please read Network Configuration.
