Attempting to connect to a WebDav with FileZilla Pro times out "initialzing TLS". I can connect to the WebDav via Transmit without any issues. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
Here's what I get
Code: Select all
Status: Connecting to 192.168.1.8:80...
Status: Connection established, initializing TLS...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

FileZilla only supports WebDAV with HTTPS. You are using port 80 which is reserved for plaintext HTTP.

That's a non-sequitur. iPad apps can support https just fine.

The app doesn't support port 443. I can't connect to the app via WebDav if I use port 443.

In this case, read post #2 from both, again. Plain, unencrypted WebDAV is not supported, sorry.
