I use FileZilla on several computers, so I want to have the same settings of servers on all of them.
For this I used the Import / Export function, which worked fine.
But when I have to set a new entry to a new server, I have to change it on all computers.
That's normal way of live.
But when I import the new file, it will not overwrite the given entries, it will make them all new.
After this I have double server datas in the servermanager. Hard work follows.
Is there any way to overwrite the given entries?
For now I delete all entries before importing the new settings, which are stored in my cloud, but I think this could be easier to manage.

Unfortunately no, there's no way to overwrite existing entries. You could however delete everything prior to importing.

Can't he use the single remote location idea? Put one .xml file on a remote / accessible location?
I had a similar setup a number of years back but have not used it recently. It did work.

That's not a supported use case, it can easily and frequently damage the files beyond repair.
