creating a batch to upload the same files to 5+ sites daily

As a secondhand bookseller, I upload newly created pictures and the daily database update files to a minimum of 7 sites, with exactly those files being transferred each time to each site.

Is there a method by which I could streamline the process, so that I do not have to upload to one site, then the next, having to re-choose the same files, and then the third...

I know that I could use a third party site, uploading to them, and then having them forward the files to where I direct, but having some independence and not relying on a third party is my aim.

For automated tasks you want to use a command-line client as they are inherently scriptable.
