Add refresh in folder tree right click menu

Issue
Currently we can only refresh the content of a local or remote folder. There is an option missing refresh local and remote folder tree. The only way i could get this to work is a restart. I also tried collapsing en expanding folders, didnt work.

What did work is going in the address bar dropdown and pick a different folder there. Than the folder tree updates.
