How to download PRO version ?

Paid for the PRO version 1 hour ago. No confirmation email, no link no nothing.
When I go to the download page it asks me to pay again! What kind of service is this ?
I cannot even find an information about the procedure (on the purchase page). Am I getting linkk to d-load ?
Not to happy from the beginning.

ANY IDEA HOW TO DONLOAD IT ?

I do not know if you replying as SOFTWARE owner, support person or another user or whoever. You did not provide your name or who you are...
It all sounds creppy from the beginning.

You provide really poor support. You should not ask users to share their Emails on the forum. Why didn't you send me private mail ?
I see lots of people complaining. No support to even upload images to the forum.
With all those problems from the beginning I do not see I would be happy with your product (although I did not even have a software yet).

How can I get a refund ? I'd rather go with smoething more professional.

Well, FileZilla Pro has a dedicated customer forum.

If you posted there, botg would not have to ask for your Email (which you should provide by PM, not publicly, anyway).

All this makes it even more unprofessional and confusing. You informed me about another forum which seems to require another registration (makes no sense) and you did not replied about the issue.
24 hrs after apyment I still have no software installed ! This is unacceptable. You also did not answer my question.

And I am not a FileZilla developer (only forum moderator), I simply cannot answer them.

I DID NOT GET A SIGLE EMAIL FROM YOU so WTF you talkibng about ?

Two days after paying to the license get nothing !
Do not be surprised for negative comments on-line, because I simply pissed of on your service and the whole process.

- paid for the PRO version
- no confirmation Email, no links, no nothing!
- admin of this forums sends me to another forum (for licensed users) which requires Order Numer to register. Of course I have no order number because got nothing.
- checked my bank account and of course transaction has processed and they were happy to take my money giving nothing
- when asked for help on this forum, admin ignores my questions and his replies sound like he either cannot read or is smoking something
- asked for a refund and got no reply

- after 2 days I got no software and no money.

this was the worst software purchase experience ever
DO NOT BOTHER BUYING PRO VERSION BECAUSE YOU WILL BE FACING SAME PROBLEMS

Please understand that we are based in Europe, it is normal for there being a delay if you write to us outside business hours.

It appears you entered a non-existent e-mail address, that is why you never got a confirmation email. I see you are already in contact with FileZilla Pro support which is taking care of this.
