I'm currently uploading approx 5,000 files, which is going to take a while. I have minimised FileZilla during this big upload.
A good feature would be for FileZilla to indicate the overall queue progress in its Windows taskbar button, so the taskbar button gradually fills up to 100%. This progress-in-taskbar functionality has been available since Windows 7; look up ITaskbarList3::SetProgressState for the techy details.
