Disable launch at start up

Im using Fileziller 3.17.0.1 on OS X 10.14.
I wish to disable the launch as start up and the automatic prompt to install new version. How do i do that?

Change the system option to restore the previous session so that programs aren't started automatically when you start your PC.

Update to the most recent version to make the update dialog go away.
