Hi everyone I am trying to load video content to a site I managed to do this awhile ago and had no problems .I will add here I am not computer wise, but managed it ok. Now though I am getting this message and have NO Clue how to fix it . Insecure FTP connection server does not support FTP over TLS if you continue files will be sent in clear over the internet port 21 How do I fix this Please THANKYOU

Please contact your server administrator or server hosting provider and ask them to configure the server so that it supports FTP over TLS. It's a most trivial task for any decent server administrator.

You cannot "fix" this, it must be done by the server Administrator.


Important to know is, that technically, nothing has changed. The server you connect to has always been insecure (by not providing FTP over TLS). The only thing new is that FileZilla now makes you aware of this fact. If you are OK with this, simply click OK and continue. Again: The server is no more insecure than before, but now you know that it is.
