Large files getting corrupted

#1 Post by jxchamberlain » 2019-02-04 11:31

For the last several months I have been having an intermittent problem with file corruption on upload of largish (>20 MB) files. FZ shows no permanent errors and the byte count is correct but running a checksum (SHA-256) shows differences and the files (pdfs) can't be printed. I suspect that the problem may occur when the link drops out and is resumed and may be related to the remote ftp server. But I can use Windows Explorer or other ftp SW with no problem. I have a feeling that changing from Auto to Binary may help but have not run enough tests to confirm this. Any suggestions?

Thanks - I understand that they are using Amazon Services on the server end if that makes sense.
