I am trying to connect to my host server but always face to this below error ! dose anyone know what is the problem ?

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Wrong username or password for that host. Please double-check your login credentials, watch out for character case and leading/trailing whitespace. Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for further assistance if the problem persists.
