Based on the log the server isn't configured correctly. Please contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance to have the server fixed.

I am no expert on this. I just started this new job that uses FileZilla. How do I find out who and how to get contact with server administrator or server hosting provider?

Try asking the person who gave you the address to connect to.
