Trouble uploading via FTP

I have a medical website with ~ 8000 pdfs. I am using :
MacOS 10.14.3
iWeb
Uploading using TCP - Until 2 days ago, I was success in uploading using iWeb SEO Tool (see screenshot)
My Host is RageSW
Suddenly I have been unsuccessful (see screenshot)
As advised by EverWeb I purchased FileZilla Pro. Still no luck (see screenshot).
Any suggestions? I really could use some help here.
