FTP path with folder access

Hi,

I've been provided by the host with FTP access in the form of a path.

ftp://name@pub6.company.co.za/online.client.co.za

If I use the above string in the Filzilla host field, it shortens to pub6.company.co.za and requests for a password, I add it and have access but to the wrong folder. If I add a New Site in FileZilla and place the details as required with the Default remote directory field completed as /online.client.co.za it connects but to the incorrect folder.

I've tested the ftp URL in Beyond Compare and it works, I see the right folder.

How do I get this ftp string with directory name to work in FileZilla?
