Does FileZilla use HMAC security keys and HMAC digest message to transfer files?

I will copy and paste the message from Fiserv

We recommend clients confirm with all online 3rd party vendors that request messages being sent contain an HMAC Message Digest. This confirmation should be performed before April 1, 2019.

I am trying to get more info on the HMAC security key from Fiserv.
