Error 13 : wrting folder xml

Hi,

I'm French and I'm new with Filezilla.

I have actually an error : error 13. It say in french "erreur lors de l'écriture du fichier xml : impossible d'écrire Users/bastien/.config/filezilla/filezilla.xml impossible d'écrire le fichier xml"

The folder .config can't be reached because I don't have the rights. I tried to see this folder thanks to terminal but I can't open it.

Could you please help me ?
