Hello peeps.

This is the only forum I have registered with which has a block on the gmail domain, so I registered with my work email address and now want to change it to my personal gmail one, but am still given the original message:

"Registration using a gmail.com address has been blocked due to massive amount of spambots registering through gmail. Please use an email address from a private or for-pay email hoster instead."

Well, I have already registered, I am just changing my email address, something a spambot would not able to do as it would have to log into valid accounts first to be able to do that, one by one... so please allow changes TO gmail.com FROM a valid email account.

That's not possible for technical reasons, the forum software cannot tell both cases apart (it only checks if the entered Email address is banned and acts accordingly).

If you send a PM to either botg or me, we can whitelist and change it.
