Fastest home cloud storage

I have a 1 Gbps fiber connection and trying to get maximum upload speed of my connection.
Is it possible with FileZilla with one file upload ?

Yes, assuming pings are reasonable and there's no packet loss you can easily saturate gigabit links with FileZilla. Note that for this to work the server must have configured a sufficiently large TCP advertised receive Window that's at least as big as the bandwidth-delay product.
