I regularly want to compare a file (size and upload date) in my local pane to the file of the same name in the remote pane (using synchronized browsing). I know there is a shortcut key to transfer the selected file, but is there any shortcut/way to just have the remote pane scroll to the file you are selecting in the local pane? This would be much quicker than needing to sort/browse through the other pane. Thanks!

P.S. The reason I want to do this is because we have multiple developers uploading to the same site. Yes, I know we should be using GIT, but we aren't, so this is the method we use for now.

You can use directory comparison to keep the scroll position of both the local and remote file lists in sync.
